  • A natural born, effective communicator who loves to build new connections.
  • Mum to 2 teenage boys and therapy dog, Boo the Cockerpoo 
  • Volunteer at our local Hospice 
  • Avid reader, podcast follower, continual and constant zest for learning and improving 
  • A listener, a challenger, a coach, a motivator, a mirror. Also referred to as ‘Pokey Jo’!
